Under those masks we are smiling ear to ear! We are thrilled to have participated today in the 2020 annual Walkathon for the Alzheimer's Association. We are four Geriatric Care Managers who work in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. We serve many clients who have Alzheimer's or another form of dementia and know all to well the terrible toll this disease takes on the person with the disease and their families. The Alzheimer's Associationoffers families a vast array of services and supports including respite and support groups. Whether your loved one has just been diagnosed with dementia the association can offer you something. They have a good website that is very user friendly with tons of valuable information.
