Should Mom be driving at 90?

Dangers of seniors driving
Senior drivers

Unfortunately as we age our driving skills may be not that up to snuff as they were in our 30's. There is some help out there for older drivers who are concerned about their driving ability.

AARP has several programs that can help seniors be better drivers as they age. These include "Driver Safety Virtual Workshops" and "Safe Driver's Course" that might help you save on your car insurance!

Locally here in Dutchess County you can have driving skills assessed at the Northern Dutchess Hospital's "Driver's Rehabilitation Program" in Rhinebeck, New York - call 845-871-4380 for further information or to set up an appointment.

You can find more information about this program in other counties of New York State at the DMV Driver Rehab website.
