"Rhinebeck At Home" is one of those rare community organization that has continued to thrive and grown during this last few tumultuous years in this country. Started by small committed group of volunteers this organizations helps seniors maintain their independence in the community. These folk are there to help their fellow elderly neighbors. Nina Lynch (see photo) who is one of my local heroes is the president of this amazing organization. Any senior who lives in the village or town of Rhinebeck, New York is encouraged to join.
The Hudson Valley Pilot, a local newspaper recently featured Rhinebeck at Home on their website.
"Rhinebeck at Home" is part of the Village to Village Network (VtV), a national movement and model to build networks of seniors to support each other as they age.
