New Senior Housing in Kingston!

Some good news for a change!! Brand new senior apartments now at 63 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston (Ulster County, NY). Applications are now being accepted as part of the lottery for apartments at the 164-unit affordable Senior housing project at Golden Hill. Applications are being accepted until October 7, 2025 with a lottery drawing on October 21, 2025.

The housing lottery application is now available at tinyurl.com/GoldenHillLottery. Each household should submit one pre-application by clicking the “Apply Now” link, which redirects to the NYS Housing Search portal for online submission.
