Free Digital Supports for Family Caregivers

New York State Office for Aging provides a number of free digital supports for caregivers. This looks like a relatively easy platform to work with even for those of us who are "technology limited".

They offer a learning library, caregiver network, local resources and even a easy way to contact a support person from the site.
