“My Care Manager” – The Aging Life Care Association has created a video that has both care managers and their clients talking about their work together. I think this video does a marvelous job of talking about the wide range of different ways we can help. Families will often ask me "what does a care manger do?" And I'll usually answer by asking "what do you need?" - every family is different every situation is different. So our work together totally depends upon what you need and want.
